I'm not sure what you were expecting when you followed the link to come to this page... maybe you were expecting a page dedicated to what happened on 11th September 2001, maybe you were expecting me to talk about all the hero's who lost their lives that day, maybe you were even expecting a patriotic page?

This isn't gonna be any of those things.  This page is dedicated to the memory of *everyone* and I really do mean *everyone* lost because of terrorism and war... it's dedicated to all those people lost because of the IRA bombings here in the UK, to the people who lost their lives in Afghanistan, to the people who are at war right now and yes, to the people who lost their lives in the attacks on America too... these pages are for *everyone*.

I'm writing this page on September 10th 2002... the day before the 1 year anniversary of the attacks on America and there are pages all over the internet dedicated to what happened but what really saddens me is that there don't seem to be any dedicated to those lost to other terrorist attacks and those who lost their lives in all the wars all over the world.

This page is for them... each and every one of them.

To each and every person who has lost their life because of someone else's prejudice or because someone couldn't sort out a disagreement without using weapons... this page is for them.

To everyone who has lost a loved one due to the violence of someone else... to the innocent victims of arguments everywhere, no matter how big or small.

To the innocent people who lost their lives "because they started it" or because "they did it first"... to those innocent people who lost their lives because the leaders couldn't say "enough blood has been shed - let's stop this now".

To the mothers and fathers, brothers and sisters, aunts and uncles, nephews and nieces, grandparents, cousins and all the family members who will never see their relative again because of the horrific tragedies that happen every day... this page is for them.

To the real life, online, telephone and penpal friends of all those who have lost their lives because those involved in terrorism and war don't know when to say "enough is enough".

To everyone who has ever been and will ever be affected by violence that is beyond their control and those who are the innocent victims of it...

... this page is for you.

You are all hero's and I will never forget you.
