Mandy's Personal Pages - Just Me Whining

You may be asking "why the goldfish bowl for the title image for this page?!?" Well, It's simple really... it sometimes feels like I'm a goldfish swimming about in this small glass bowl looking out on a world that I wish I could be in and the rest of the world is looking in on me and feeling sorry for me.

I used to have like an online diary kinda thing up on my main website but I decided to take it down when someone took great pleasure in going through every single page of my diary and the whole of my website and had a go at me for what they considered to be "inconsistencies".

After I took it down, I had several visitors to my site emailing me and asking what had happened to it 'cos it had really helped them to get to know me and they said that what I said in those pages came from the heart and I told it like it really was and it helped them to know that they weren't alone.

I deleted all those pages so I can't put those back up, but I've decided to start again and instead of it being a diary of "just" my Depression, it's going to be a diary of *everything* I go through and how I'm coping... it's basically going to be a way for me to let off steam online and if the person who had a go at me (or anyone else for that matter!) doesn't like it then they can go swivel 'cos it's their problem not mine! :o)

With that said, please don't hold me responsible for anything you read here. This is how I genuinely felt at the time I wrote it and I'm not going to edit my feelings for anyone.
